It always starts with getting details of your project whether it’s through email , phone calls, or meeting in person.
Once the scope of work has been identified, we send you a proposal outlining everything that was discussed along with expected timelines for each milestone throughout the project.
Once the proposal is signed and the retainer has been paid (50% of the total project cost), we begin building your site and ask that you provide all necessary information, content, assets, and deliverables in a timely manner to not delay the progress of the project.
Once the website has been built, we’ll review together and you can provide any revisions or changes you would like to see.
When we receive final approval, we will invoice you the final charge of the project cost. We’ll then publish the website and be on board for support for the next 2 weeks to ensure all questions are answered and everything is running smoothly.
